Payment guidelines and client fee policy.

To maintain the efficiency of our services and respect for practitioner time, we've implemented the following guidelines:

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide this notice will result in a full cancellation fee being charged.

Payment Procedure:
   Any cancellation fees or no-show charges will be processed using the payment method agreed upon with your practitioner. Participants will receive notification of any incurred charges.

Exceptions:

   In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please notify us as soon as possible to discuss your situation by phoning Bree or emailing bree@breebaker.com.au. We'll make every effort to accommodate your needs while ensuring fairness to the practitioner.

By booking with Bree Baker Mental Health (a subsidiary of Bree Stewart Mental Health), you agree to adhere to this cancellation/no-show policy and guideline.
