• Financial stress, work-life imbalance and the downfall of blockbuster video are just a few things our generation contends with.

I have supported individuals across the lifespan in finding their inner voice, and living a life in alignment with their needs. The data shows millennials and gen-z are up against a range of mental health challenges due to systemic issues in society.

I use evidence based modalities in my therapeutic work to support you, while offering authenticity in my approach.

Not a millennial? My practice supports anyone from 18 to 80 years young.

  • In counselling, we navigate between the past and present. When it comes to self-esteem coaching (or life strategy), our focus is the present moment and strengthening your long-term confidence.

I use the GROW model of mentoring as well as motivational interviewing, which offers a more direct method. If you've already engaged in substantial therapy and seek a more directive approach to your issues of self-worth, this is the style of support for you.

  • As a creative, I know the feeling of losing passion. I've supported many people in Australia's music and art scene, guiding them to reconnect with their creativity. Using IFS, GROW, and ACT, you’ll reconnect with the meaning in your art. I am also skilled in working with creative groups who are dealing with ruptured communication, check out my group fees for more info.
